ab388 Platform Agreement

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ab388 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services, products, games, promotions, and features available at ab388 (the "Services"). This Agreement supersedes all prior understandings, representations, or agreements between you and ab388 relating to the Services.

ab388 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Your continued use of the ab388 platform following any modification constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency arising from a translation or interpretation into another language, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

ab388 is an online casino and sports betting platform. The Services are made available exclusively for entertainment purposes to eligible adult users who access the platform voluntarily and in full knowledge of the risks associated with online gambling. ab388 does not accept liability for gambling decisions made by users of the platform.

2 Account Registration

To access the full range of ab388 Services, you must create a registered account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided during the registration process is accurate, complete, and current. ab388 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information you provide.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

You may only register and maintain an account with ab388 if you satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of ab388.
• You have not previously had an ab388 account that was suspended, restricted, or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one registered account on ab388. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If ab388 identifies that a player has opened more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — ab388 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, confiscate any associated balances, and cancel any pending withdrawals. The player's primary account may also be permanently suspended.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ab388 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. You must notify ab388 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ab388 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to provide proof of identity (e.g., national ID, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method at any point during your use of the platform — particularly before processing a withdrawal. ab388 may place a hold on withdrawals pending KYC completion. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

ab388 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected for the Bangladeshi market. Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and USDT (on TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks). Additional payment methods may be made available or removed from time to time at ab388's sole discretion.

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at ab388 is ৳200 for local mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). For USDT deposits, the minimum is equivalent to ৳500 at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your ab388 account balance instantly. ab388 does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. ab388 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment account not belonging to the registered player will be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. ab388 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad under standard operating conditions; actual processing times may vary depending on volumes, KYC status, and payment provider availability.

ab388 reserves the right to impose reasonable withdrawal limits, to request KYC documentation before releasing a withdrawal, and to delay or decline a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, ab388 will contact the player via their registered account email.

3.3 Currency

All account balances on ab388 are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Where USDT is used for a deposit or withdrawal, the conversion is applied at the live market exchange rate at the time of the transaction. ab388 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.

4 Bonus Terms

ab388 offers a range of promotional bonuses and offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, which form part of this Agreement.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded by ab388 carry a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotional terms. Players are advised to read all bonus conditions carefully before accepting any offer. ab388 will clearly state the qualifying games, minimum odds, and time limits applicable to each promotion.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

ab388 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include — but are not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements, and colluding with other players to pool bonus funds. Where ab388 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, the platform reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close the offending account.

4.3 Promotional Changes

ab388 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are available to eligible players only, and ab388 may exclude specific player accounts from promotional eligibility at its discretion, particularly where prior terms violations have been recorded.

5 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ab388 platform are sourced from accredited third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are expected to familiarise themselves with the applicable game rules before placing bets.

5.1 Random Number Generators

All RNG-based games on ab388 — including video slots, virtual table games, and instant-win titles — use certified random number generator technology supplied and independently tested by the respective game studio. ab388 does not operate or modify the RNG logic of any third-party game. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and published within the game's information panel.

5.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from regulated third-party studios. Game outcomes in live dealer environments are determined by physical dealing processes (cards, wheels, dice) conducted by trained dealers on camera. ab388 does not control the physical game environment. In the event of a game interruption or disconnection during a live dealer session, the outcome will be determined by the studio's own rules and recorded game data.

5.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on ab388 cover cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports. All odds are subject to change up until the event start time. ab388 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by irregularities, match cancellations, or verifiable corruption. In-play (live) bets are accepted at ab388's discretion and are subject to real-time odds adjustments.

5.4 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, ab388 reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return the relevant stake(s) to the player's account balance. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is an accepted industry standard that ab388 applies in good faith. Players who believe a malfunction has occurred should contact ab388 support immediately with the relevant game session details.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ab388 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated play intended to exploit promotional offers or game mechanics.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such attempt must be reported to ab388 support immediately.
• Using the platform for any activity that may constitute money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or similar service to circumvent geographic restrictions or terms of service.
• Allowing a minor (any person under the age of 18) to access or operate your ab388 account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ab388 staff members or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the ab388 platform or its software.

7 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your ab388 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding investigations) will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. Bonuses that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

7.1 Closure by ab388

ab388 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it determines that a breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred, or where continued operation of the account presents a regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to the platform. In such cases, ab388 will communicate its decision via the player's registered contact details and provide a reasonable opportunity for the player to respond, except where immediate closure is required to prevent ongoing harm.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their lives may request self-exclusion through the ab388 account settings panel or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion may be applied for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or on a permanent basis. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be locked, and no deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay will be permitted. ab388 will make reasonable efforts to honour self-exclusion requests promptly. 8 Liability & Disclaimer

The ab388 platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ab388 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game data, or the fitness of the Services for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ab388 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption — even if ab388 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ab388 shall not be liable for the actions, omissions, or content of any third-party game studio, payment provider, or external service integrated into the platform. Each third-party provider operates under its own terms, which you are encouraged to review independently.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude ab388's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by ab388's own negligence, to the extent that such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

If you have a dispute regarding a bet, game outcome, or account action, you must contact ab388 support in the first instance. ab388 will investigate all disputes in good faith and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe. ab388's decision on all game and betting disputes is final, subject to applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from them, shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming law. ab388 does not make any representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction and accepts no liability for players who access the platform from jurisdictions where such activity is not permitted.
